10 Pin Shuffle

I have used this game since it first came out. The original version was the best of its type available. The format of the game has been changed so that a player who is skillful has the way that he shoots his shuffleboard "stone" altered so that the game can beat the player. If you are winning, the "stone" is made to curve "unreasonably" so that the shot will curve off the board sides before it can reach the scoring area. I can throw into the 2 or 3 scoring area 90% of the time, but when I out draw the game my "stones" will curve the full width of the board so that Im not allowed to out score the game "rocks".
This feature ruins the game because it disallows the player to beat the game.
Additionally there are four players that
Increase the expertise of the game, but
You cannot proceed to a higher level of competition unless you beat the level prior to it. This change took place at the last upgrade. It is not a good change. I could beat the level 1 down from the top but with the latest upgrade I cant get to that level. The previous version before the latest upgrade was the very best because it offered real competitive play. I spent hours learning how to win. After I found myself to be equal in ability, the change was made in the newest upgrade. I would really like for the last version to be restored. It was like playing against a pro. This game is definitely the best of its type. The guy who wrote the initial program must be a genius.
